Larkin is a parent, foster-dog caretaker, and legal observer who has been working in tandem with fellow community organizers to document ICE activity in Chicago.
Larkin's words:
"We are crowdfunding to equip every observer in our group with body-worn cameras, dash cams, and other basic safety and documentation supplies. These tools help protect us, create accountability, and ensure accurate records of what's happening in our neighborhoods.
"We are crowdfunding to equip every observer in our group with body-worn cameras, dash cams, and other basic safety and documentation supplies. These tools help protect us, create accountability, and ensure accurate records of what's happening in our neighborhoods.
Up until now, we’ve been covering all costs out of our own pockets. Between equipment, fuel, and increased wear and tear on our vehicles, it’s becoming unsustainable to continue without support. If it’s not a burden, please consider contributing to help us increase our personal safety in the field. Even small donations help. Our goal is simple: keep our observers safe while we continue showing up for our communities.
Thank you for reading and for standing with us. Please tag contributions with 'Supplies' so I can quickly identify them and distribute appropriately."

She's The Why
"A fundraising campaign by the Grand Rapids (MI) Women's Resource Center. The Women’s Resource Center has walked alongside women in West Michigan for more than 50 years — but right now, we need to reset, rebuild, and recommit. The past couple of years have been a season of transition, marked by leadership changes and challenges that stretched our organization. She’s the Why is our boldest campaign yet: $100,000 in 100 days to strengthen our programs, amplify women’s voices, and transform communities."
